Sriganganagar – Under the aegis of the Hon’ble Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority (RALSJA), Jaipur, a statewide special campaign titled “Nyaya Aapke Dwar – Accessible and Swift Resolution of Public Utility Issues” was organized in Gram Panchayat Sardarpura Jeevan. The Legal Awareness Camp was conducted on Wednesday under the supervision of Shri Ravindra Kumar, Hon’ble District & Sessions Judge and Chairperson of the District Legal Services Authority, with Secretary Shri Ravi Prakash Suthar (Additional District & Sessions Judge) leading the program. The overall organization and support for the camp was provided by Shri Jaskaran Singh, Advocate.
During the camp, ADJ Shri Suthar informed villagers about the statewide campaign initiated by the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur, aimed at providing accessible and prompt resolution of public utility issues. The villagers were educated about the various public services for which grievances can be filed at the District Permanent Lok Adalat, Sriganganagar, including:
Roads, railways, and transport services
Electricity and water supply
Public sanitation and health services in hospitals and dispensaries
Insurance services
Banking and financial institution services
LPG supply services
Educational institutions
Housing and land-related services
Villagers were also made aware of crèches (palna griha) and advised that if they ever find a newborn abandoned in streets, alleys, or bushes, they should immediately take it to the Government Hospital, Sriganganagar, or the state-run crèche, to save the life of the infant. Detailed information was also provided on the Victim Compensation Scheme.
Additionally, Chief LADC Shri Rohtash Yadav informed the villagers about precautions against cybercrime and explained the provision of free legal aid in detail. LADC Aman Chalana conducted the program and demonstrated the functioning of the Legal Aid Defense Counseling System. Representatives Krishna Godara, Gram Vikas Adhikari Karandeep Singh, and other respected members of the Gram Panchayat were also present during the camp.
