District-Level Rugby Football Tournament Concludes at Badanga

Udaipur, The district-level under-17 and under-19 boys and girls rugby football tournament concluded at Maharana Bhupal Stadium under the hosting of Government Higher Secondary School, Badanga-Dhar.

According to Principal and organizer Hemlata Porwal, the results were as follows:

Under-17 Boys: Rockwood – First, CPS – Second, Government Senior Secondary School Manvakheda – Third.

Under-17 Girls: Government Senior Secondary School Bichhaweda – First, Manvakheda – Second, Fateh Academy Sr. Sec. School, Fatehnagar – Third.

Under-19 Boys: BN Sr. Sec. School – First, CPS – Second, Bichhaweda – Third.

Under-19 Girls: BN Sr. Sec. School – First, Rockwood – Second, Manvakheda – Third.

The closing ceremony was graced by Badgaon Pradhan Pratibha Nagda as the Chief Guest, along with international lacrosse player and Asian silver medalist Sunita Meena. Distinguished guests included District Council Member Pushpa Sharma, philanthropist Shantilal Gameti, Manil Mehta, Arun Mandot, Dayashankar Nagda, Vrinda Trivedi, Premlata Nagda, Pratibha Rao, Pramod Soni, Rupalal Gameti, and Vaktaram Gameti, who distributed prizes to the winners.

The program was presided over by Dr. Satyanarayan Suthar (PEEO, Dhar). The sports report was presented by Narayan Singh Gehlot, while the vote of thanks was delivered by Pratap Singh Rajput.

The event was attended by observers Harshvardhan Singh Rao, Prem Singh Bhati, Sapna Mehta, Himanshi Sharma, Pankaj Sharma, Payal Nagda, Nihal Parmar, Chanda Soni, Jagdish Singh, and Anukul Mishra, along with referees and officials. The program was conducted by Sharda Jalora and Neeraj Batra.
