Ashish, Cheshta, and Vikas from Udaipur Selected for Rajasthan Volleyball Team

Udaipur: In the 26th Youth National Volleyball Championship held in Bhubaneswar, Ashish Chaudhary and Cheshta Khoiwal from Udaipur were selected to represent the Rajasthan team. According to Hemraj Sonwal, Secretary of the District Volleyball Association, a training camp was conducted at the RVA Academy in Jaipur, where both players were chosen based on their performance.

Similarly, in the Senior National Beach Volleyball Championship held in Puducherry from 9 to 12 March, Vikas Lohar from Rundera, Udaipur, earned selection for the Rajasthan Beach Volleyball Team.

Prabhulal Jat, Joint Secretary of the Rajasthan Volleyball Association, congratulated all three players and noted that the consistent selection of players from Udaipur in the state team is a matter of pride for the city.

On this occasion, all office-bearers of the District Volleyball Association, including D.N. Dhabhai, District Sports Officer Ashok Chaudhary, Ajit Jain, Suresh Khoiwal, Bhagwan Swaroop Vaishnav, Gopal Mehta, Manoj Sarsia, Prakash Mali, Balwant Chaudhary, Naresh Paliwal, Roshan Patel, Shashank Joshi, Anubhav Kodli, Vinod Menaria, Ajay Mogra, Hari Kishan Suthar, Dhanraj Chanwaria, Ganpat Menaria, Gaurav Kumawat, and Dinesh Menaria, along with sports enthusiasts, extended their congratulations to the players.

This selection highlights Udaipur’s growing contribution to Rajasthan’s volleyball talent pool.
