Meeting Held Regarding General Body of Greater Kota Press Club

Kota: A meeting of the executive committee and patron board of the Greater Kota Press Club was held on Friday at the venue, Dadhich Hostel, under the अध्यक्षship of Club President Sunil Mathur, in preparation for the general body meeting scheduled for Sunday, April 26.

President Sunil Mathur stated that the general body meeting is an important platform for the functioning of the club and planning its future activities. He appealed to all members to attend on time. Discussions were also held regarding the membership drive and various other issues.

General Secretary Anil Bhardwaj presented the meeting agenda and provided detailed information about the programs organized so far. President Sunil Mathur and General Secretary Anil Bhardwaj informed that the annual general meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on April 26 at Dadhich Hostel, near Nag-Nagin Temple, followed by a lunch program.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the agenda to be presented in the general body meeting. It was decided that key topics would include the club’s activities, financial accounts, future plans, and proposals related to strengthening the organization. Emphasis was also placed on ensuring maximum participation of members.

The meeting was attended by Vice President Harimohan Sharma, Office Secretary Hanspal Yadav, executive members Dinesh Kashyap, Sanjay Verma, Manish Gautam, Lekhraj Sharma, Rubina Kazi, and patrons Pawan Ahuja, Qayyum Ali, Shyam Rohida, among others.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the office bearers of the Greater Kota Press Club inspected the venue and gave necessary instructions regarding the preparations for the event.
