**Udaipur:** Vidhi Sanadhya has been selected for the Rajasthan Junior Swimming Team. Vidhi is the only junior swimmer from Udaipur to have made it to the Rajasthan team. Chief Swimming Coach and District Sports Officer Dr. Mahesh Paliwal announced that Vidhi will compete in the National Junior and Sub-Junior Swimming Championship to be held in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, from August 6. Vidhi will participate in the 50, 100, and 200 meters breaststroke, 50 meters butterfly, and 200 meters individual medley events.
Vidhi Sanadhya has been receiving swimming training at the Sports Village for the past eight years and has participated in several national competitions. She has excelled in state-level swimming, winning gold medals in all her events and becoming the champion. Recently, at the National Underwater Fin Swimming Competition held in Udaipur, she won 1 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals.
Vidhi's school principal Vandana Galundia, physical education teacher Lata Chauhan, skating coach Jitendra Singh Bhati, shooting coach Akanksha Kanawat, yoga instructor Reena Purohit, cricket coach Shahrukh Khan, tennis coach Khemraj Gameti, basketball coach Usha Acharj, squash coach Dinesh Menaria, MTS Dashrath Singh, and swimming team manager Manoj Sanadhya have all extended their congratulations to her on this remarkable achievement and for participating in the competition.
