Udaipur | The first formal meeting of the Union under the Ad-hoc Committee / Administrator was convened on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at the Navroop Rajat Office. The meeting was organised in strict compliance with the orders and directions issued by the Office of the Registrar, Cooperative Societies.

Four members of the Ad-hoc Committee were present during the meeting. Detailed and serious deliberations were held on the current administrative status of the Union. The members collectively expressed satisfaction and confidence regarding the appointment of the Ad-hoc Committee / Administrator and the actions taken so far.

It was unanimously resolved that all instructions, conditions, and formal requirements prescribed by the Registrar’s Office will be followed fully and in letter and spirit within the stipulated time frame. The committee also assured that all required documents, records, statements, and procedural compliances expected by the Registrar will be completed and submitted within the prescribed period. All members reaffirmed their commitment to discharging their responsibilities diligently.

In order to strengthen statutory functioning, transparency, and democratic processes within the Union, it was further decided that a General Body Meeting will be convened at the earliest through the Ad-hoc Committee / Administrator. Due notice of the General Body Meeting shall be issued to all members strictly in accordance with the Union’s constitution, prevailing rules, and the directions of the Registrar’s Office.

The meeting also discussed the necessity of obtaining all official records, documents, accounts, and registers of the Union from the former office-bearers. A unanimous decision was taken to issue written communication to the former President, former Secretary, and other concerned individuals, requesting them to hand over all Union-related records to the Ad-hoc Committee / Administrator without delay.

It was clearly reiterated that all future actions and proceedings of the Union shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the Societies Registration Act, applicable rules, and the orders of the Registrar’s Office.

The meeting concluded in a cordial, disciplined, and administratively appropriate manner, reflecting the collective resolve of the committee to ensure lawful, transparent, and efficient governance of the Union.
