Udaipur Former President of the Udaipur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ramesh Singhvi, described the Union Budget 2026–27 as progressive and appealing, stating that it will give a new direction to India’s development journey.

He said the three core visions of the budget—speed, capability, and “Sabka Saath”—provide a strong and concrete foundation to take the country forward. Emphasizing these three pillars, Singhvi noted that industries such as the animal feed sector will benefit from increased credit facilities, enhanced financial support, and access to new markets.

Singhvi highlighted that a capital expenditure allocation of ₹12.2 lakh crore will significantly strengthen infrastructure development and boost employment generation. He further added that the ISM 2.0 initiative will encourage investments in manufacturing and the electronics sector.

Referring to environmental sustainability, Singhvi said that the announcement of seven high-speed corridors and the allocation of ₹20,000 crore for a Green Fund demonstrate the government’s commitment to maintaining environmental balance while pursuing rapid economic growth.
