Brand’s portfolio of Kylaq, Kushaq, and Slavia now accessible through CSC’s digital-first non-metropolitan network
Partnership aligns with Škoda Auto India’s strategy of expanding reach and being closer to customers
Strengthens last-mile connectivity and fuels the company’s growth ambitions in India
Jaipur – Škoda Auto India has announced a strategic partnership with Common Services Centre Grameen eStore to expand its footprint across non-metropolitan and semi- urban India. Through this collaboration, Škoda Auto India becomes one of the few premium automotive brands to leverage CSC’s extensive digital and physical network to offer the Kylaq, Kushaq, and Slavia to customers across multiple newer regions in the country. Speaking on the partnership, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, said, “At Škoda Auto India, our growth journey is anchored in improving accessibility and building relevance across newer markets. Our partnership with CSC Grameen eStore allows us to bridge access gaps by combining the strength of a trusted local network with our diverse product portfolio that democratises technology for Indian customers. This initiative will bring Škoda Auto closer to customers, enabling them to experience our products and services more conveniently, regardless of their location, creating a more inclusive and accessible mobility ecosystem.”
Expanding access through a hybrid retail model The CSC network, with its widespread presence across non-metropolitan cities in India, will serve as a critical touchpoint for customers who previously had limited access to automotive brand options. Through this integrated model, Škoda Auto India will:
Enhance last-mile reach across newer and unexplored markets
Enable assisted digital discovery and purchase journeys
Strengthen customer engagement through local entrepreneurs
Leverage existing dealership infrastructure for seamless delivery and service
As part of the partnership, the Kylaq, Kushaq, and Slavia will be made accessible via CSC’s Grameen eStore platform. This will facilitate product enquiries and purchase journeys, supported by Škoda Auto India’s dealership network for fulfilment and delivery.
