Udaipur: On January 30, the death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, a tribute program was organized at Sai Tirupati University, Umarda, Udaipur. The event saw participation from National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteers along with a large number of university students.
The program was held at the Nursing College campus of the university. On this occasion, University President Dr. Prashant Nahar addressed the students and shared insights into the life of Mahatma Gandhi, his ideals, and his contributions to the nation. All NSS in-charges actively participated in the program.
The event was conducted under the guidance of Nursing College In-Charge Vikas Kumar Dadhich. As a mark of respect, a two-minute silence was observed in memory of Mahatma Gandhi and the martyrs of the nation. Students also presented essays and recited poems dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi and the country’s martyrs.
