Udaipur. On the occasion of Children’s Day, students of Narayana Children’s Academy, operated by Narayana Seva Sansthan, spent quality time with divyang children, bringing joy to their hearts and making the day truly memorable. Teachers organised various activities aimed at instilling happiness, empathy, and positivity among the children.

The programme began with a heartfelt remembrance of former Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru (Chacha Nehru). Teachers highlighted the significance of Children’s Day, emphasizing that childlike qualities—innocence, simplicity, and cheerfulness—are priceless keys to a beautiful life. Many children arrived dressed as police officers, lawyers, soldiers, and doctors, adding charm to the celebration.

Addressing the gathering, Vandana Agarwal, Director of Narayana Seva Sansthan, said, “Children are the foundation of our future. The institution is committed to supporting them in becoming honest, sensitive, and responsible citizens.” She shared that President Prashant Agarwal considers every child to be a reflection of the divine and continues to introduce new initiatives in education and values, which inspire the academy’s functioning.

Students presented songs, poems, quotes, and fun-filled activities like antakshari. Later, they donned colourful masks and visited the wards where divyang children were recovering post-surgery. Through dance, humour, and small engaging acts, they filled the environment with laughter and enthusiasm.

The students also distributed chocolates and sweets to the divyang children, creating a touching moment of empathy, compassion, and human values. Principal Archana Gowalkar, along with Jitendra Sharma, Rakesh Sharma, and Anil Acharya, were present during the programme.
