Udaipur, With the objective of bringing all sections of society onto a common platform, a joint meeting of the residents of Aayad Basti was convened at the community hall. The meeting witnessed the participation of representatives from various communities, senior citizens, intellectuals, and members of social and religious organisations.
By unanimous consent, it was decided that a Grand Hindu Conference of Aayad Basti will be organised on February 1 at Sudharwada Chauraha on the University Road in Udaipur. Emphasis was laid on ensuring maximum public participation in the conference.
To spread awareness and invite the general public, a series of Prabhat Pheris will be organised both in the morning and evening, along with collective recitations of the Hanuman Chalisa. These devotional activities will serve as a medium to connect with households and encourage people to actively participate in the conference.
Prior to the main event, a grand procession will be taken out. Youth will lead the procession riding vehicles adorned with saffron flags, symbolising unity and enthusiasm, while women will follow carrying auspicious kalash, adding a spiritual and cultural dimension to the rally. Several committees have been constituted to ensure smooth planning and execution of the programme.
During the meeting, valuable suggestions were shared by Prakash Gharbada (President), Maharaj Bharatpuri, Mahesh Bhavsar, Gopal Krishna Gaud, Rajesh Mali, Narendra Chaudhary, Neelkanth Rawat, Yashwant Paliwal, Dinesh Suthar, Pradeep Suthar, Meethalal Prajapat, Manish Porwal, Mahesh Nagda, Rajesh Gawariya, Raju Gawariya, Mahendra Meghwal, Yashwant Chaudhary, Mangilal Dahima, along with several dedicated volunteers.
The proposed conference is being viewed as a significant step toward strengthening social harmony, collective consciousness, and cultural unity among the residents of Aayad Basti.
