Udaipur: A special opportunity is coming up in Udaipur for people suffering from lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, migraine, and others. A 15-day free Yoga and Balance Therapy Camp will be organized from January 19 near the water tank in Chitrakoot Nagar, Udaipur, under the joint initiative of Vishwas Sansthan and Sahastrar Yoga & Balance Therapy Studio, Ahmedabad.

Providing details about the camp, Vishwas Sansthan Director Shekhar Kumar said that the secret to a healthy body, a calm mind, and a balanced life lies in yoga and balance therapy, where breathing, meditation, and energy work together to lead a person toward holistic health. He added that the objective of the camp is to help citizens understand the root causes of diseases through yoga and balance therapy and to offer natural solutions.

Vasu Dholakia, expert from Sahastrar Yoga & Balance Therapy Studio, informed that the camp is being organized under the guidance of renowned Ahmedabad-based yoga acharya Dilipbhai Dholakia. Prior to the camp, a special awareness talk session will also be held on January 18 at 10:30 a.m. at the Vishwas Sansthan Auditorium in Chitrakoot Nagar.

The 15-day camp will provide training in one-hour batches, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Through yoga and balance therapy, participants will receive detailed information about the causes, diagnosis, and natural treatment of diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, migraine, and other lifestyle ailments.

Vasu Dholakia further stated that even small positive changes in lifestyle can lead to significant health benefits. The camp is based on the concept of “harmonizing body systems through balance and transformation,” which guides individuals toward better health and recovery. During the camp, participants will also be given special training on the correct and incorrect ways of sleeping, sitting, and standing, helping them avoid health issues caused by improper daily habits.
