Udaipur: A two-day Jawai Safari trip organized by the Senior Women’s Wing of the Science Committee concluded successfully, offering participants a blend of devotion, adventure, and joyful experiences.
Day One:
The journey began with a religious visit to Semtal Pushkar Muni Dham, where participants offered prayers and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The group then visited Bamanwada Ji Amba Mata Temple, Abhinav Mahavir Temple, and Shri Ratna Mahavir Ji Temple for darshan.
At Abhinav Mahavir Temple, an art gallery depicting the life of Mahavira—from his birth to attaining moksha—provided valuable insights into his teachings and life journey. A live presentation showing the soul’s path to liberation was especially appreciated by the participants. The group stayed overnight at Ratna Mahavir Ji, where they attended the evening aarti and bhajan session.
Later, a cultural evening was organized by the participants. Dance, songs, and various performances made the atmosphere lively and entertaining. During the event, Kanchan Soni and Kamlesh Garg conducted an informative written game, while Manju Sarupariya and Alka Bakshi organized a fun Housie game. All winners were awarded prizes by Dr. Pushpa Kothari.
Day Two:
The second day began early at 5:00 a.m. with a jeep safari at Jawai Leopard Conservation Reserve. Spotting a leopard along with its cubs and witnessing the beautiful sunrise created an unforgettable experience for the participants.
The journey also included fun activities such as Housie, a mehendi competition, and other entertaining games, making the trip even more memorable. Participants also enjoyed the scenic beauty of Ranakpur Dam.
The excellent arrangements and warm coordination of the trip were appreciated, particularly the efforts of Dr. Pushpa Kothari, Kanchan Soni, Indira Jain, Manju Sarupariya, and other core group members.
Media coordinator Prof. Vimal Sharma informed that 35 members of the Senior Women’s Wing enthusiastically participated in the Jawai Safari and captured the beautiful moments through their cameras. On the return journey, the group enjoyed traditional Rajasthani cuisine at Ghanerao and Sadri, reaching Udaipur around 10:00 p.m.
The trip beautifully proved that as long as there is enthusiasm and joy in the heart, every stage of life can be golden.
