Udaipur: Preparations for the 45th Free Mass Wedding Ceremony for Divyang and Economically Weaker Couples, organized by Narayan Seva Sansthan, have reached the final stage. The event venue at Seva Mahatirth has been beautifully decorated with a grand pandal and attractive arrangements. Various committees of the institution are continuously reviewing the preparations to ensure the success of the ceremony.
Institution President Prashant Agarwal stated that more than 700 guests from across the country are expected to attend this special event. Separate teams have been formed to manage different arrangements, including reception, food, accommodation, transportation, and cultural programs, to ensure smooth organization of the ceremony.
Arrival of Guests to Begin from Friday
Guests, donors, and family members of the couples from different states will start arriving in Udaipur from Friday. By Friday evening, all the participating couples will also reach Seva Mahatirth, where they will be welcomed with traditional rituals.
Major Wedding Rituals on Saturday
The two-day wedding festival will begin on Saturday with Ganpati Puja, marking the start of the traditional marriage rituals. Ceremonies such as Haldi and Mehendi, along with cultural and traditional programs, will be organized on this day. Guests and relatives from across the country will participate, creating a festive atmosphere throughout the venue as the couples celebrate the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.
Wedding Ceremony with Traditional Rituals on Sunday
On Sunday, all couples will solemnize their marriages by performing traditional rituals including Toran, Varmala, and Saptapadi (Seven Sacred Vows). With these ceremonies, the couples will enter into the sacred bond of marriage and begin their new journey of life together.
