Udaipur: The city’s renowned builder group, Archi Group of Builders, has laid the foundation stone for its new residential project, “Archies Raghav Residency,” located on BSNL Road in Hiran Magri Sector-3.

The foundation stone ceremony was conducted on Friday by the Group’s Managing Director, Rishabh Bhanawat.

According to Bhuvan Rawal, the project will feature 120 premium 3BHK apartments and 60 luxurious 4BHK apartments. The residential complex will also include a podium-level garden and world-class amenities for residents, such as a gym, indoor games area, swimming pool, banquet hall, kitty party hall, study hall, reception area, and more.

On the occasion, Directors Himanshu Chaudhary, Shailesh Sarupriya, Rajiv Jain, and Lokesh Malhara were present, along with prominent citizens of the city including D. S. Babel, Dinesh Jain, Gautam Nagori, Pankaj Bhanawat, Deepak Goyal, Tarachand Purbiya, and Manan Nagori.

Notably, the project has been fully approved by UDA and RERA.
