The Jal Doot – Nasha Doot Campaign was organized at The Vision Divine Academy, Deber Colony, Pratap Nagar. The programme began with a Jal Aarti to create awareness about the importance and value of water.

Senior Jal Mitra Dr. P. C. Jain showed the selected students a video presentation on “Water: Today and Tomorrow” using his laptop. He emphasized that our future life and health, particularly our access to clean and safe drinking water, depend on the water conservation efforts we make today. He reminded the students that we cannot create water; we can only conserve it. He also highlighted that the monsoon season is the golden period for increasing our groundwater reserves.

As part of the Nasha Doot initiative, a powerful and thought-provoking video highlighting the harmful effects of cigarettes, tobacco, and gutka was shown to the students. They were encouraged to take a pledge to stay away from all forms of addiction throughout their lives.

Under the guidance of Mrs. Hansa Garg, Jal Doot–Nasha Doot In-charge Teacher, the following students were selected as “Jal Doot – Nasha Doot”:

Nakshika Salvi, Sonakshi Soni, Kuldeep Sharma, Svechha Bharti, Jatin Prajapat, Samar Chhipa, Drishti Dwivedi, Harshali, Shivam, Jai Solanki, Mishali, Nigam Singh, Lavish, Sakshi, and Vanshika Soni.

Mrs. Kiran Soni welcomed the guests and students and delivered the vote of thanks.

The programme successfully inspired students to understand the importance of water conservation and to make a firm commitment to a healthy, addiction-free life.
