### Dr. Ashok Sinha's Advice on Dhirendra Krishna Shastri's Baldness

Recently, the presence of Bageshwar Baba Dhirendra Krishna Shastri at the wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant garnered significant attention. Noticing these, renowned Mumbai hair transplant specialist Dr. Ashok Sinha offered important advice to Shastri on preventing baldness.

Dr. Ashok Sinha, who operates the Adon Hair Clinic in Mumbai, shared a video on his Instagram account commenting on Dhirendra Krishna Shastri's hair condition. In the video, Dr. Sinha said, "This is Bageshwar Baba Dhirendra Krishna Shastri. He solves the world's problems, but today I've diagnosed his."

Dr. Sinha noted that Shastri has third-level thinning in the crown area and second-level thinning in the front and mid-scalp areas, along with baldness on both sides. The primary cause of this issue is genetic. Dr. Sinha also mentioned that Shastri has irregular sleeping patterns and eating habits, a fondness for sweets, and a lack of protein in his diet, all contributing to the problem.

Dr. Sinha recommended a treatment plan for Shastri, including topical solutions like Minoxidil and Finasteride, along with multivitamins. He advised Shastri to eat dinner by 8 PM and sleep by 10 PM, reduce sweets, and increase protein intake. If medications are not preferred, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy should be considered.

In the video, Dr. Sinha also explained the difference between thick and thin hair, stating that thin hair falls out without being noticeable, leading to decreased density without visible hair loss.
