Grand District-level Program Celebrates International Women's Day

Jaisalmer, In honor of International Women's Day, the district administration and the Women's Rights Commission organized a grand finale to the district-level event, focusing on women's development. The theme of the program, held at the DRDA Hall, revolved around the rapid progress of women and the empowerment of strong, capable, and secure women. Chief guest Anjana Meghwal and brand ambassador for the Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao scheme, Poonam Bhati, graced the occasion.

Chandravir Singh Bhati, Deputy Director of the Women's Rights Commission, presented a detailed report on departmental plans and weekly activities, emphasizing that the department stands on the pillars of empowerment and strength for women through effective implementation of its programs.

During the event, Assistant Director emphasized the 4E principle given by the Honorable Prime Minister for women's empowerment (Education, Employment, Economic Independence, and Empowerment).
