St. Anthony Alumnus IAS Subrat Singh Balaut Felicitated Grandly

Former student of St. Anthony Senior Secondary School, IAS Subrat Singh Balaut, received a grand welcome at his alma mater in Udaipur. The celebration was held in the school premises under the guidance of Principal William D’Souza, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty alike.

According to media coordinator Vikas Sahu, Subrat and his mother were honored with traditional Pagdi and Odhna as a mark of respect and pride. Students showcased their excitement through poems, welcome songs, and dance performances, making the event vibrant and memorable.

Sharing his journey, Subrat Balaut briefly reflected on his eight years of perseverance, recalling fond memories associated with his school days. Teachers including Mahesh Garden and C.M. Jain shared nostalgic anecdotes from Subrat’s time as a student, inspiring the current generation.

Addressing the gathering, Subrat expressed deep gratitude towards the school for its academic and moral support throughout his formative years. He emphasized,

“Failures are stepping stones to success—keep trying and never give up.”

He also made a heartfelt announcement, pledging lifetime financial assistance for meritorious students from economically weaker backgrounds, a move that was met with resounding applause.
