####A Spectacle in Hatheli: Bride Takes a Helicopter Farewell, Family Returns ₹21 Lakh to Set Social Example

Jaipur/Fagi:/On 30 November 2025, the quiet village of Hatheli in Fagi subdivision witnessed an extraordinary wedding that quickly became the talk of the entire region. With the groom’s procession arriving from Nibol and the bride’s farewell taking place by helicopter, the ceremony drew admiration and curiosity from all nearby villages.

Groom Ghanshyam Singh, an engineer by profession, arrived in Hatheli accompanied by his family. His father Govardhan Singh and grandfather Shri Gaje Singh, who currently serves as the Pradhan of the Jaitaran Panchayat Samiti, proudly celebrated the grandeur and discipline of the event.

The bride, Jyoti Kanwar, a Chartered Accountant, added a remarkable highlight to the occasion with her aerial departure—an unforgettable helicopter send-off. Her father Nand Singh Naruka welcomed guests with traditional warmth and hospitality. Jyoti’s brothers, one a doctor and the other an advocate, also graced the celebration with dignity.

However, the most inspiring gesture emerged during the ceremony: the family returned the ₹21 lakh amount traditionally given during the ‘tika’ ritual. This act sent a powerful message across the community. The family emphasized that their decision aimed to discourage outdated practices and encourage progressive thinking within society.

With its helicopter farewell, disciplined organization, cultural grace, and a strong message of social harmony, this wedding stood out as a memorable and motivational example for the entire region.
