Udaipur: The second day of the cultural festival Abhivyakti at Aishwarya College, Udaipur, witnessed a vibrant display of talent through various literary and cultural competitions. The event was graced by social worker Dr. Sushma Kumawat, Dr. Meena Kalra from the Primary Education Department, and Mrs. Aditi Rathore, who served as guests and judges.
Competitions included calligraphy, general knowledge quiz, face painting, poster making, rangoli, hand art, mehendi designing, story writing, caricature drawing, fancy dress ("Main Bhi Bahuroopiya"), extempore, and poetry recitation in Hindi, Sanskrit, and Rajasthani, along with a memory project.
Winners of these events will be felicitated with certificates and prizes during the closing ceremony scheduled for May 11. On the occasion, Dr. Kumawat congratulated all the students for their participation and encouraged them to continue honing their talents. Dr. Kalra praised the students' dedication and urged them to pursue their goals with the same zeal, while Mrs. Aditi Rathore extended her best wishes, urging students to move forward in life with courage and confidence.
Principal Dr. Ritu Paliwal announced that on May 9, events like group mime, mono acting, mimicry, stand-up comedy, solo and duet singing, skits, solo and duet dance, singing-based antakshari, kite flying, idioms and riddles quiz, jalebi race, three-legged race, lemon spoon race, and hurdle race will be held.
Over 600 students from more than 45 educational institutions of the city are participating in this grand celebration. The event was compered by Disha Bunkar and Feba Jacob.
