###Dr. S.P. Bharill Honoured with Prestigious “Jain Ratna Samman” for Spreading Jain Philosophy Across the Globe

Udaipur,In a moment of pride and celebration for the Jain community, renowned thinker, international motivational speaker, author, and spiritual mentor Dr. S.P. Bharill was conferred with the prestigious “Jain Ratna Samman”, one of the highest honours in Jain society. The award was presented during a seven-day residential Jain Educational Camp organized by Shri Kundkund Kahan Vitrag Vigyan Shikshan Samiti, Udaipur, at Shashwat Dham, Dabok.

The grand ceremony witnessed the presence of members of the Jain community and representatives of numerous social and religious organizations, who gathered to honour Dr. Bharill for his lifelong dedication to promoting Jain philosophy, self-awakening, personality development, and human values.

According to Dr. Jinendra Shastri, Director of the Shikshan Samiti, Minister of Shashwat Dham, and recipient of the Rajasthan Gaurav Award, Dr. Bharill’s remarkable efforts in simplifying and popularizing Jain teachings among the masses have earned him widespread respect and recognition. In acknowledgment of these contributions, he was presented with the coveted Jain Ratna Samman.

The ceremony commenced with a devotional invocation by Mrs. Arpita Jain, followed by a welcome address from Samiti President Abhay Bandi. The event was presided over by Shantilal Jain Velawat, President of Sakal Digambar Jain Samaj, Udaipur, while Lalit Jain Keekawat, President of Shashwat Dham, graced the occasion as Chief Guest.

Several distinguished personalities attended as special guests, including trustees, social leaders, community representatives, scholars, and philanthropists from various Jain organizations. Dr. Bharill was honoured with garlands, ceremonial tilak, shawls, silver coconuts, traditional scarves, and a citation recognizing his extraordinary achievements.

A detailed account of Dr. Bharill’s inspiring journey was presented by Pt. Rishabh Shastri, Convener of the Committee, while the official citation was read by Camp Coordinator Dr. Tapish Shastri. Rajmal Jain, General Secretary of the Samiti, highlighted the institution’s achievements and ongoing efforts in promoting spiritual education.

Speaking about the awardee, Pt. Rishabh Shastri noted that for several decades Dr. Bharill has been delivering motivational lectures across India and abroad, inspiring youth, students, teachers, entrepreneurs, and people from all walks of life. Through his simple yet profound interpretation of Jain philosophy and spirituality, he has successfully brought timeless wisdom closer to ordinary people.

Dr. Bharill’s discourses focus on self-discipline, positive thinking, time management, self-realization, and discovering the true purpose of life. His exceptional contributions in the fields of education, spirituality, and social upliftment have earned him numerous national and international accolades, including the prestigious Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award.

The programme was skillfully conducted by Dr. Mahavir Prasad Shastri, while Dr. Nilesh Shastri, Publicity Minister of the Samiti, delivered the vote of thanks.

Members of the Jain community described Dr. Bharill as a beacon of inspiration and a proud representative of the rich Jain tradition. They expressed their best wishes for his continued service to society and prayed for his long, healthy, and impactful life.
