Udaipur — Rajasthan’s Tribal Area Development Minister Babulal Kharadi reiterated the state government’s commitment to the empowerment of farmers, youth, labourers, and women, emphasizing that inclusive development remains a core priority. He was addressing a program at Kherwara Dak Bungalow on Friday during his journey from Dungarpur to Kotda.
Kharadi stated that more developmental work has been done in the past one and a half years than what the previous government could achieve in its full five-year term. He highlighted the government’s resolve to fulfill the needs of the state, with special focus on employment generation.
He also elaborated on the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Antyodaya Sambal Fortnight, recently organized to ensure that deprived and marginalized communities gain access to government schemes and services.
“The aim of this initiative is to bridge the gap between the administration and the people and to ensure that no one is left behind in the development process,” said Kharadi.
Through these Antyodaya Sambal Camps, citizens have benefitted from services such as land dispute resolution, distribution of soil health cards, livestock insurance, animal treatment and vaccination, Ayushman cards, and free health services for the poor. Many long-pending issues were also resolved during this campaign.
The Minister emphasized that the Udaipur division, which has a significant tribal population, is receiving the highest budget allocation from the state government for its development, ensuring that no area is neglected.
During the event, former MLA Nanalal Ahari, senior BJP leader Paras Jain, Mandal President Hemant Mehta, and General Secretary Bhupendra Kalal were also present.
