Udaipur: Demonstrating an inspiring blend of service, dedication, and social responsibility, Rotary Club Udaipur Meera successfully concluded its remarkable seven-day initiative, “Aviral – The Continuous Service campagin,” under its annual theme “Serenity with Wholeness.” Completing an impressive 22 service projects in just 7 days, the club set a powerful and motivating example of impactful community work.
Club President Dr. Rekha Soni shared that the pr ogram focused on key areas such as cleanliness, education, healthcare, digital empowerment, environmental conservation, and skill development—benefiting diverse sections of society.
A major highlight was the renovation of girls’ toilets at a school in Hiran Magri Sector-11, providing safe and hygienic facilities to over 600 students. The vibrant “Talent Hunt” event witnessed participation from nearly 2000 individuals, showcasing talent in art, music, dance, and creative expression.
Under the digital and AI empowerment drive, students attended online workshops that introduced them to digital platforms, e-services, online payments, and emerging career opportunities. Simultaneously, traffic awareness programs spread crucial messages about road safety.
Promoting environmental responsibility, more than 300 citizens participated in an Eco Trail organized on Earth Day. The unique initiative “Magic Cupboard” (Jaadu Bhari Almari) collected around 3000 books, encouraging children to embrace reading and reduce screen time.
Dr. Soni emphasized that the campaign aimed to bring positive change across all sections of society while nurturing awareness and knowledge among youth.
With support from Rotary Clubs Yuva, Drishti, Pannadhay, and Ashoka, the campaign also included medical camps, plastic-free drives, clean city initiatives, and the “One Tree per Home” mission, executed on a large scale.
