“An Evening Dedicated to Aashadham Residents” — Musical Tribute by Senior Suron Ki Mandli, Udaipur

Udaipur: Senior Suron Ki Mandli, Udaipur organised a soulful musical programme titled “An Evening Dedicated to Aashadham Residents” for 256 destitute women and men residing at Aashadham. The heart-touching event filled the atmosphere with devotion and patriotism through melodious bhajans and spirited patriotic songs, bringing smiles, joy and emotional warmth to the residents.

Seventeen artists and collaborators, including Vimal Sharma, Queena Mary, Hema Joshi, H. Kazi, C.P. Jain and Vinod Kumar Joshi, presented captivating performances that deeply moved both residents and guests. Their music proved that melodies can be a powerful light dispelling despair.

Founder of the Mandli, Shri Mukesh Madhwani, also hosted a community meal, setting a fine example of service and compassion. At the conclusion, Aashadham’s four dedicated Sisters—Denisa, Anshita, Clofas and Claris—were honoured with shawls for their selfless service.

Shri Madhwani remarked that Aashadham is not merely a shelter, but a confluence of love and humanity. This inspiring initiative stands as a model for other service organisations.
