Udaipur,  With the aim of integrating India’s tribal communities into the mainstream by linking them with various government schemes, the Dhartia Aba Tribal Village Utkarsh Campaign will be launched nationwide from June 15 to June 30. Initiated under the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, this mega awareness and benefit saturation drive aims to reach the most deprived tribal populations across the country.

In Udaipur, the campaign will be launched at the cluster level with camps being organized in tribal-dominated areas. A state-level ceremony is scheduled for June 16 at Kotda, Udaipur, where extensive arrangements are being made under the guidance of Tribal Area Development (TAD) Commissioner Shaktisingh Rathore. Tribal Regional Development Minister Babulal Kharaḍi has approved the event.

About the Dhartia Aba Campaign

Named after Birsa Munda, revered as ‘Dhartia Aba’ in Jharkhand, the campaign was inaugurated on October 2, 2024, in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. Eligible individuals will be instantly enrolled in government schemes like Ayushman Bharat, PM-Kisan, Jan Dhan Yojana, and Ration Card programs. CSCs (Common Service Centres) will offer e-KYC, Aadhar registration, and other digital/documentation services.
