#### Beniwal Awarded Ph.D. Degree

Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur has conferred the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) upon Vipul Dev Beniwal, a resident of Raghunathpura in Jhunjhunu, for his research in Zoology.

Dr. Vipul Dev Beniwal completed his doctoral work under the guidance of Associate Professor Dr. Sushma Jain on the topic “A Study on the Plankton Biodiversity in Relation to Abiotic Factors at Kot Dam, Located on the Fringe of the Thar Desert.”

During his extensive research at Kot Dam in Udaipurwati, Jhunjhunu, Dr. Beniwal examined 14 physico-chemical parameters and documented 86 species of plankton. He has also published more than ten research papers, contributing significantly to the field.
