Prof. Shiv Singh Sarangdevot Advocates NEP 2020 Implementation at Pharma Exploration 2024

Udaipur: "Pharma Exploration 2024" was organized today under the "Pharmacy Council of India" grant at the B.N. College of Pharmacy, Bhopal Nobles University. This program, celebrated as National Pharmacy Education Day on March 6, the birthday of the pioneer of modern Indian pharmacy, Professor M.L. Shroff, aims to implement the National Education Policy 2020 by fostering discussions among industrial and academic experts to apply excellent outcomes.*

*The event commenced with Colonel Prof. Shiv Singh Sarangdevot, Chancellor of JRN University, Dr. Mahendra Singh Agariya, Secretary of BN Institution, Mohabbat Singh Rupakhedi, Director of Pharmacy, Dr. Yuvaraj Singh Sarangdevot, Former Student Union President, Prof. Ekaling Singh Jhala, Finance Minister Shakti Singh Karohi, Joint Secretary Rajendra Singh Tana, and honorable members of the Education Propagation Association lighting the ceremonial lamp in front of Goddess Saraswati. After the welcome speech by Dr. Yuvaraj Singh Sarangdevot, Prof. Shiv Singh Sarangdevot spoke about the necessity and implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.*

*He highlighted that the education system in ancient India, delivered by Gurukuls, was value-based and skill-oriented, which has been weakened by the medieval education system. Prof. Sarangdevot emphasized that through competence, life values, and apt utilization of India's human resources, the new education policy can be tailored to meet the current and future needs. Following the speeches, the dignitaries inaugurated the Pharma Exploration posters presented by participants.*

*In the panel discussion, representatives from various sectors, including US Amino's Managing Director Rohit Taneja, Systa Life Sciences' Director Vikram Singh, Western Drugs' Vice President Amit Lohar, Made Next Biotech's Director Pushpendra Lodha, Vardhman Pharma's Suresh Jain, Elide Chemicals' Nikunj Doshi, and Kushagra Hingad and Mukesh Mahatma from Core Cosmetics, shared their insights and suggestions on the NEP and its practical implementation. The program concluded with Dr. Anju Goyal, the organizing secretary, expressing gratitude to all participants.*
