Udaipur,  Dr. Yuvaraj Singh Sarangdevot, the Pharmacy Head of B.N. College of Pharmacy in Udaipur, shared insights into the ongoing innovations and advancements in the field of pharmacy. Renowned speakers, Dr. Mahendra Rana from Kumaun University, Nainital, and Dr. Amita Joshi Rana from Graphic Era Hill University, Bhimtal, delivered a lecture to enlighten students about the latest developments and emerging trends in pharmaceutical sciences and special sciences.

During the lecture, Dr. Mahendra Rana discussed the diverse research activities taking place in Uttarakhand and emphasized the upcoming transformative changes in the pharmaceutical sector. He encouraged students to draw inspiration from the life of Swami Vivekananda, highlighting the rich Indian knowledge tradition and the promising developments under the National Education Policy 2020. Dr. Rana, who recently secured funding of 10.36 lakhs for a research project in higher education in Uttarakhand, is set to establish a scientific facility for collecting and processing valuable information.

Dr. Amita Joshi Rana provided insights into various research topics in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry. She urged students to enhance their skills in instrumentation, emphasizing the necessity of comprehensive knowledge of various tools for exploration in the industrial landscape. Both professors, who participated in an international seminar in Udaipur after arriving from Uttarakhand, extended their gratitude to Dr. Kamal Singh Rathore, the coordinator of the program, for his dedicated efforts in fostering discussions on the ongoing activities and research projects in the scientific community of Devbhumi and Veer Bhumi.

The program witnessed active participation from students and professors, including Dr. M.S. Ranawat, Dr. Siddharaj Singh Sisodiya, Dr. Jay Singh Vaghela, Dr. Bhupendra Vyas, Dr. Pradeep Goyal, Dr. Anshu Sharma, Dr. Bhavani Singh, Dr. Meena Chauhan, Dr. Ram Singh Sarangdevot, Shazia Yasmin, Dr. Ranveer Singh, and more. The engaging session left students inspired and provided them with valuable insights into the evolving landscape of pharmaceutical sciences.
