Organization of Water Worship Ceremony

The Rajasthan Agricultural University, Udaipur, organized a "Water Worship Ceremony" at the Horticulture Exhibition Farm of the College of Agriculture.

During the event, the university's administrator, Dr. Lokesh Gupta, shed light on the judicious use of water and the importance of water conservation. He emphasized the need to raise awareness among individuals about water misuse, water crisis, and water pollution, ensuring that every citizen has access to clean drinking water. Furthermore, he highlighted the theme of World Water Day this year, urging everyone to spread the message of "Water for Peace" to the general public. All participants took an oath to conserve water during the program.

Assistant Administrator of the college, Dr. Ramhari Meena, expressed gratitude to all participants while conducting the program, stressing the appropriate use of water and discouraging wastage. 

The event was attended by department heads, faculty members, staff, and students of the university.

At the conclusion of the program, Dr. Siddharth Mishra, Head of the Animal Production Department, expressed gratitude to everyone.
