DPS Udaipur Campus Radiates Maternal Love on Mother’s Day

The bond between a mother and child is deeply special, and to express gratitude for a mother’s unconditional love and dedication, Delhi Public School, Udaipur celebrated Mother’s Day on May 9, 2025, in the school premises with the students of Grade V and their mothers.

Mothers were warmly welcomed by the students with tilak, handmade cards, badges, and applause from the Student Council. The celebration began with prayer and devotional songs, setting a serene tone for the event.

To make their mothers feel cherished, students presented dance performances, musical renditions, speeches, and heartfelt poetry. The emotional and joyful reactions of the mothers reflected the deep love they felt witnessing their children’s efforts.

The celebration also included fun-filled games and interactive activities that revealed the hidden talents of the mothers. As a token of love, each student gifted their mother a handcrafted photo frame.

Mrs. Ashita Agarwal, member of the Management Committee, extended her best wishes and spoke about the various roles a mother plays in her child’s life. Principal Mr. Sanjay Narwaria welcomed all mothers and emphasized that no one can replace a mother's place. Headmistress Mrs. Varushree Banerjee expressed gratitude to all and reminded the children that they should ensure no tears ever come to their mother’s eyes because of them.

The event was an emotional and joyful tribute to mothers, showcasing love, creativity, and family values.
