Uttama Awarded PhD

Uttama Butrecha, a research scholar from the History Department of Mohanlal Sukhadia University, has been awarded a PhD. Her research, titled “A Historical Study of Kotharia Estate,” focuses on primary sources for a detailed historical analysis.

The research was completed under the guidance of Professor Chandrashekhar Sharma at Government Meera Girls College. Uttama has the distinction of being the first woman to conduct a comprehensive study on a first-class estate, marking a significant milestone in historical research.
