National Women’s Day Celebrated at Sai Tirupati University, Umarda

Udaipur: On the occasion of International Women’s Day, a special program was organized at Sai Tirupati University, located in Umarda. The event was conducted under the aegis of the NSS Cell in collaboration with Venkateshwara College of Physiotherapy.

The program was attended by the Vice-Chancellor of the university, Dr. Prashant Nahar, along with Dr. Chandra Mathur, Dr. Sarita Kant, Dr. S. M. Yunus, and Dr. Preeti Malhotra. Women doctors, faculty members, staff, female students from all colleges of the university, and several distinguished guests were also present.

During the event, speakers shared their views on women’s dignity, their rights, and their vital role in society, highlighting the importance of women’s empowerment.

The successful organization of the program was made possible with the special support of Dr. Laksh Chaubisa, NSS Unit In-charge, along with NSS volunteers and the staff of Venkateshwara College of Physiotherapy. All of them played an important role in making the event successful.

Deepak Teli, Coordinator of the NSS Cell, stated that the purpose of organizing such programs is to promote respect and awareness toward women in society.
