Maharana Mewar Public School Wins First Place at TYE Ideathon 2026 Inter-School Competition

Udaipur: Students of Maharana Mewar Public School, located at City Palace Udaipur, secured first place at the prestigious TYE Ideathon 2026 inter-school startup pitch competition held at Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa (Lake City Mall). The students brought pride to their school through their talent, innovation, and outstanding presentation.

A total of 64 teams participated in the high-level competition, out of which only 18 teams were selected for the final pitching round. Notably, two teams from Maharana Mewar Public School made it to the final stage, showcasing an impressive performance.

The school’s team “AQUIRA Pads” won first place with their innovative idea of biodegradable sanitary pads, which was environmentally sustainable and socially impactful. The team members included Chahat Balchandani (Class 11), Ishvi Chittoda (Class 11), and Bhavya Bhadauria (Class 11). They were awarded a cash prize of ₹21,000, along with a trophy and certificates. The team was mentored by Dr. Kusum Lata Soni.

Another team from the school, “ChargeMate,” presented innovative ideas addressing relevant issues such as electric vehicles and charger availability. The team members were Lakshya Suhalkha (Class 12) and Granth Vijayvargiya (Class 11). They were guided by Dr. Neetu Ranawat and received participation certificates.

The school’s Honorary Director, Satish Kumar Sharma, congratulated the students and their mentors on this remarkable achievement. This success reflects the school’s commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and holistic development.
