###Seminar on Lung Cancer Management

A special seminar on “Diagnosis and Treatment of Lung Cancer” was organized at Geetanjali Medical College & Hospital, Udaipur by Geetanjali Cancer Centre and the Department of Respiratory & Pulmonary Medicine.

Specialist speakers Dr. Gaurav Chhabra, Dr. Amit Gupta, Dr. Renu Mishra, Dr. Ashish Jhakhetia and Dr. Ramesh Purohit presented detailed insights on various aspects related to lung cancer, including diagnostic challenges, the role of EBUS, modern treatment approaches, surgical methods, and the significance of radiotherapy.

A question–answer session was conducted at the end, in which attending doctors and residents participated actively.

Medical Superintendent Prof. Harpreet Singh stated that such academic initiatives connect medical professionals with the latest technological advancements and significantly contribute to providing better treatment to patients.

Faculty members from various departments of GMCH, along with PG students, residents, and junior doctors, were present during the seminar.
