Udaipur: In today’s modern era, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is bringing a major transformation to healthcare services. It is making treatment faster, more accurate, and highly effective. Marking a remarkable achievement in this field, urologist and kidney transplant surgeon Dr. Vishwas Baheti from Geetanjali Hospital has earned a place in the Guinness World Records. He participated in a live stream focused on AI in healthcare, which was viewed by 17,999 people on YouTube. This accomplishment was officially recognized on February 25 in Delhi.

The event was organized under the guidance of the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, with participation from several experts including Dr. Abhijat Sheth.

According to Dr. Baheti, AI technology can analyze medical reports such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs in a very short time, helping doctors make accurate diagnoses. Early detection of serious diseases like cancer, heart conditions, and neurological disorders greatly improves patient survival and recovery rates.

AI-powered systems can continuously monitor a patient’s health condition, instantly alerting doctors to any changes. This enables timely medical intervention. Additionally, AI is assisting in determining accurate medication dosages, planning surgeries, and tracking patient recovery.

In rural and remote areas, Telemedicine combined with AI is proving to be highly beneficial. Patients can now consult specialist doctors from their homes, saving both time and expenses.

Healthcare experts believe that in the coming years, AI will bring even more revolutionary changes to the healthcare sector, making medical services more accessible, safe, and efficient for patients.
