Inauguration of the Faculty Development Program on “Innovative Pedagogies and Digital Integration for Interdisciplinary Research and Sustainable Learning”

The five-day national online Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Innovative Pedagogies and Digital Integration for Interdisciplinary Research and Sustainable Learning”—jointly organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Kautilya Mahila Teacher Training College, Nayagaon, Kota, and Kautilya College, Kota—was successfully inaugurated. The program will run from December 1 to December 5, 2025.

On the first day, December 1, 2025, the inaugural session was held with Dr. Shikha Dadhich, Assistant Registrar of Kota University, as the Chief Guest. The college patrons, Tabassum Pathan and Saman Pathan, extended their best wishes for the successful conduct of the event, for which the organizers expressed heartfelt gratitude.

The FDP was formally inaugurated by the Program Convenor, Dr. Mahendra Kumar Upadhyay (Principal, Kautilya Mahila Teacher Training College, Nayagaon, Kota), and Coordinator Dr. Neelam Mishra (IQAC Coordinator, Kautilya Mahila Teacher Training College, Kota) by lighting the ceremonial lamp.

In the first session, Prof. (Dr.) Sushma Rani, Professor and Head of Department at Chaudhary Devi Lal College of Education, Jagadhri, Haryana, delivered her lecture on MOOCS, SWAYAM, NPTEL, and OER.

In the second session, Prof. Dr. Vikas Soni, Principal of Modi Institute of Technology, Kota, discussed in detail the topics of research methodology and academic writing in research.

Around 140 teachers and research scholars from across the country participated in the FDP through the online mode.
