Mahila Samaj Society Highlights the Significance of Akshaya Tritiya

Udaipur: A special meeting of the Mahila Samaj Society was held at the OTC premises in Ambamata to understand and spread awareness about the religious, cultural, and social significance of Akshaya Tritiya. The program, organized on this auspicious occasion, was filled with knowledge-sharing and mutual warmth.

During the meeting, an engaging quiz competition on the theme of Akshaya Tritiya was conducted. The participant who gave the highest number of correct answers was honored with the title of “Akshaya Tritiya Bhandar Ki Rani.” Mrs. Nalini Pal and Mrs. Nirmala Sehlot were specially felicitated with crowns, gifts, and garlands.

The event also reflected a strong spirit of social service. With contributions from all members, financial assistance of ₹4,000 was provided to support the purchase of textbooks for the child of a domestic worker.

On this occasion, Society President Maya Kumbhat, associated with Work Mob, was also honored. Welcoming all members, she said that such events strengthen unity, values, and the spirit of service in society.
