Udaipur: The Himalayan Samarpan Dhyan Yoga Sanskar and Life Management online program was organized across various schools in Udaipur and several other districts of Rajasthan. According to program coordinator Rajshree, nearly 3,000 students, teachers, doctors, and participants joined the 45-minute session through Google Meet and YouTube, connecting from 25 different locations.
The session included insights into the benefits of Dhyan Yoga, information about the chakras and methods to strengthen them, the significance and procedure of the “Bhumi Mata Prayer,” an inspiring story of Guru Maa, and a guided meditation through an audio clip of Swamiji. Participants took part with great enthusiasm and pledged to practice daily meditation for at least half an hour.
The Himalayan Samarpan Dhyan Yoga organization has been offering free meditation sessions in 70 countries for the past 30 years. World Meditation Day will be celebrated across the country on December 21. Program coordinator Nitin Mehta stated that the event not only increased awareness about meditation but also highlighted its positive impact on life management.
