Udaipur: District Collector Gaurav Agrawal on Monday conducted a weekly review meeting with all departmental officers at the Collectorate mini auditorium.
During the meeting, he directed officials to take complaints registered on the Chief Minister’s Office, Prime Minister’s Office, and the Sampark Portal seriously and ensure their resolution with sensitivity. He reviewed department-wise pending cases on the Sampark Portal and sought explanations from the concerned officers. The District Collector clearly instructed all officials to download the Sampark mobile app and monitor it regularly. He emphasized that regularly checking the app and resolving cases should become a habit so that prompt relief can be provided to the public in line with the state government’s expectations.
He also reviewed pending cases related to the Vigilance Committee and various commissions, taking department-wise updates and issuing necessary instructions. He gathered information on matters connected to the state level and assured efforts to resolve them at the appropriate level. Progress on budget announcements and flagship schemes was also reviewed.
All departments should work in coordination
Mr. Agrawal placed special emphasis on inter-departmental coordination. He stated that a lack of coordination between departments should not cause inconvenience to complainants or delay development works. He instructed officials to work in coordination and to immediately bring state-level matters to notice.
The meeting was attended by ADM (Administration) Deependra Singh Rathore, ADM (City) Jitendra Ojha, Acting CEO of Zila Parishad Virmaram, UDA Secretary Hemendra Nagar, Girwa SDM Avula Sai Krishna, and other departmental officers.
