First Phase of Training for Field Trainers Begins

Udaipur: The first phase of a three-day training program for district-level field trainers, aimed at preparing them to train enumerators and supervisors at the tehsil and municipal levels for Census 2027 India, commenced on Wednesday at the Pandit Deendayal Auditorium of the Municipal Corporation.

A total of 37 field trainers from tehsil-level units and five municipalities are participating in this phase. The second phase of the training will be conducted from April 20 to 22, during which 36 additional field trainers from the tehsil level will be trained.

District Census Officer and Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Deependra Singh Rathore, stated that field trainers play a crucial role in the Census 2027 program. These trainers will further train 3,381 enumerators and 588 supervisors across 3,685 blocks in various tehsils. He emphasized that participants should take the training seriously.

Deputy District Census Officer and Joint Director of the Department of Economics and Statistics, Puneet Sharma, along with District Coordinator from the Census Directorate Jaipur, Mahendra Kumar Meena, Assistant Director Rajendra Khatik, and District-level Master Trainer Banwari Lal Bumbariya, were also present during the session.
