SPSU Commemorates Pulwama Attack Anniversary: Honouring Sacrifice and Valour of CRPF Soldiers

The NCC platoon of Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur organized a solemn event marking the anniversary of the Pulwama Attack, commonly known as Black Day. The event paid homage to the brave soldiers who lost their lives and expressed solidarity with their families.  It offered sincere condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and empathized with the individuals who were injured during the tragic incident that occurred on February 14, 2019.Prof. Dr. Prasun Chakrabarti, Director of Research& Dean International Affairs, Professor Sadananda Prusty, Dean of the School of Management,Lt. (Dr.) D S Chouhan, Associate NCC Officer, Faculty members and students paid tribute to the 40 CRPF soldiers who laid the ultimate sacrifice for the nation. NCC Lance Corporal Suhani Bafna delivered a poignant speech, reflecting on the bravery and sacrifice of the martyrs. The event also featured heartfelt recitations of poems, soulful songs, and enactments portraying the valour and sacrifice of the soldiers, which served as powerful reminders of their selfless dedication to the nation. Lt. Dr. D S Chouhan coordinated the event and the vote of thanks was given by student coordinator Rajat Kumar.
