Youth March Spreads Message of Unity and Integrity

Sri Ganganagar – Under the directives of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, the district administration and Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat) Sri Ganganagar organized a district-level Unity March on Friday. The march was held from Gram Panchayat Patroda to 27E in the Anupgarh subdivision as part of the series of events marking the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Patel.

The chief guest of the programme was Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Law and Justice and Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs. The event commenced with floral tributes offered to Sardar Patel by the dignitaries. Additional District Collector Anupgarh, Shri Ashok Sangwa, welcomed Shri Meghwal by presenting a shawl and a memento. Before the march began, students delivered vibrant cultural performances promoting the message of unity in diversity. The detailed outline of the programme was presented by Shri Bhupendra Singh Shekhawat, Deputy Director, MY Bharat Sri Ganganagar.

Addressing the gathering, Shri Meghwal stated that the programme reinforces the ideals of national unity and integrity while strengthening the Nation First resolve of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. He urged the youth to actively contribute to building an Aatmanirbhar Bharat and administered a pledge of self-reliance. Former MLA Raysinghnagar Shri Balveer Luthra, former MLA Anupgarh Smt. Santosh Bawari, Lok Sabha candidate Smt. Priyanka Bairan, and former Sarpanch Manohar Lal Chawla also addressed the youth, encouraging them to draw inspiration from Sardar Patel’s life and contribute towards a developed and self-reliant nation.

During the march, the youth carried placards and the national flag, spreading strong messages of patriotism and unity. Participants of the cultural segment were felicitated by the guests. CBO Anupgarh Shri Pankaj Jangid informed that youth from MY Bharat, NCC, the School and Higher Education Departments, as well as local residents and public representatives, took part in the event. The programme was conducted by Shri Manoj Kumar, Babbu Baheliya and Pawan Chug.

Several dignitaries, including former MLA Shri Pawan Duggal, Shri Guman Singh Rajpurohit, Shri Mahaveer Charan, Shri Rajendra Legha, Shri Bhagwan Sewta, SDM Anupgarh Shri Suresh Rao, Shri Ashok Yadav, Shri Madan Lal Sewta, Jatin Chawla and MY Bharat volunteer Udyam Singh, were present on the occasion.
