Udaipur – In a thoughtful deliberation held among members of the Nalwaya Jain Mahasabha, Udaipur on the occasion of World Environment Day, it was unanimously decided to undertake a series of activities dedicated to the protection of nature and the environment. As a part of this initiative, members of the Mahasabha will participate in a tree plantation drive on Sunday, 15 June 2025, near the forest area of Bedla.
The plantation program will be carried out in collaboration with social activist Shri Dhruv Prakash Dhakad, who has been actively leading the Seed Bal Mahavriksharopan Abhiyan to green the hills around Udaipur. Alongside the plantation, discussions will be held to promote environmental awareness within society.
To ensure the successful execution of the initiative, a General Body Meeting and Fellowship Gathering of the Mahasabha will also be held on the same day, Sunday, 15 June 2025, at Dhakad Garden, near Bedla Mata Temple, Bedla.
Members of the Mahasabha, along with children and youth of the Nalwaya Jain families residing in Udaipur, will take part in various events from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including interactive discussions, tree plantation, and recreational games.
Arrangements will be made for breakfast and a fellowship lunch for all participants.
