Kota, Kota-based leading agro-processing industry, Rukmani Devi Garg Agro Impex Limited, has launched its SME IPO on the BSE SME Platform. The IPO opened on 26th September 2025 and will close on 30th September 2025. This marks the first-ever agriculture sector IPO from Kota, setting a historic milestone for the city’s strong legacy in food grains and agri-trade.
Chairman & Managing Director Vishal Garg and Director Anju Garg announced the details during a press conference, highlighting the company’s vision to take Kota’s agri-business identity to new heights.
Guest speaker Rajesh Krishan Birla, Chairman of Kota Nagrik Sahakari Bank, hailed the IPO as a historic opportunity not only for the company but for the entire Kota and Hadoti region. He noted that the IPO would benefit farmers, traders, investors, and the general public, while also strengthening Kota’s agricultural prominence nationwide.
He further expressed confidence that under the leadership of Vishal Garg and Anju Garg, the company would leave an indelible mark not just in India but also at the international level.
