Udaipur. The swimming team of Delhi Public School, Udaipur, delivered an outstanding performance at the SGFI District Swimming Championship in the Under-17 and Under-19 categories, securing a total of 10 medals — including 1 Gold, 5 Silver, and 4 Bronze.

Swimming coach Mr. Deepak Panwar informed that in the individual events, Kovid Bhatt bagged 2 Silver and 1 Bronze medal in the 50m, 100m, and 200m Breaststroke events. Aditya Agarwal won 3 medals in the 100m and 50m Freestyle, and the 50m Backstroke. Ayush Barwar secured a Bronze medal in the 50m Backstroke, while Vanshika Choudhary impressed with 2 Silver medals in the 50m and 100m Freestyle events.

In the team event, the boys’ 4×100m Freestyle Relay Team — comprising Kovid Bhatt, Aditya Agarwal, Yogendra Singh Dewra, and Naitik Agarwal — delivered a stellar performance and clinched the Gold medal.

Adding to the success, Kovid Bhatt, Aditya Agarwal, and Vanshika Choudhary have also been selected for the State-level Championship. The school team secured the Runner-up position in the Overall Championship, further adding glory to DPS Udaipur.

Pro Vice Chairman Mr. Govind Agarwal, Principal Mr. Sanjay Narwaria, and Vice Principal Mr. Rajesh Dhabhai congratulated all the winners and their parents, while expressing gratitude to the coaches for their consistent guidance and support.
