St. Anthony’s School celebrated Children’s Day with great enthusiasm on Thursday to mark the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. The campus echoed with joy as students presented a delightful series of colourful performances, creating a festive atmosphere throughout the school. Principal William D’Souza, the chief guest of the celebration, addressed the gathering with an inspiring message. He recalled Nehru’s affection for children, his vision for the nation, and his significant contribution to India’s freedom movement. He also encouraged students to embrace discipline, hard work and the pursuit of knowledge. The programme was chaired by Vice-Principal Jaisy D’Souza.

Students brought the stage to life with captivating dance performances, poetry recitations, speeches, essays and group songs. Their impressive talent filled the audience, including many parents, with joy and pride. Parents appreciated the creativity and innovation displayed by the children.
