Udaipur,  Ahana Parihar, an eight-year-old student of Crossroads International School, Udaipur, is making waves by spreading cultural awareness among children through storytelling, devotional songs, and classical dance.

In a special presentation prepared with great dedication, Ahana narrated the story of Ganesh Chaturthi using illustrations in a simple, engaging manner for the children of the Theosophical Society and Rajasthan Bal Kalyan Samiti. She further mesmerized the audience with a Bharatanatyam performance on Ganesh Stotram. Separate programs were organized in both institutions, leaving the children and attendees deeply inspired.

Earlier, on the occasion of Janmashtami, Ahana captivated nearly 350 children at Narayan Seva Sansthan through story narration and bhajan recitals. The audience included tribal, differently-abled, and hearing-impaired children, along with teachers and officials of the institution.

Guided by her classical dance mentor Manisha Negi and mother Ina Parihar, Ahana aspires to share India’s cultural heritage with young minds in a relatable way. Her efforts, carried out with self-motivation, are inspiring other school students to embrace and celebrate India’s rich traditions.
