Udaipur:Rajsamand MLA Deepti Kiran Maheshwari has said that the Nari Vaibhav Campaign, being run by Shri Eklingnath Rashtriya Seva Sangathan, should be implemented across the entire state of Rajasthan so that thousands of needy women can be made self-reliant.

She was addressing a large gathering of women on Saturday at the inauguration of the Rajsamand Centre of Shri Eklingnath Rashtriya Seva Sangathan. Maheshwari stated that under the Nari Vaibhav Campaign, women are being trained in tailoring and beauty parlour skills, which will help them become self-employed and provide financial support to their families. She assured full cooperation for the Sangathan’s Rajsamand branch and said that every possible assistance would be provided to women willing to connect with employment opportunities.

Expressing confidence in the initiative, Maheshwari said that the training centre would play a significant role in providing self-employment opportunities to women in the region, thereby strengthening their economic independence, self-confidence, and self-reliance. She congratulated Shri Eklingnath Rashtriya Seva Sangathan for this commendable effort.

Founder President of the Sangathan from Udaipur, Akash Bagdi, said that in 2026, the Sangathan aims to train thousands of women in rural areas to make them self-reliant. He added that a large number of women would also be connected through Naira Home Industry, further expanding employment opportunities.

Bagdi, who was speaking at the inauguration of the Rajsamand branch on Friday, said that the Sangathan is continuously expanding its rural outreach. Under the Nari Vaibhav Campaign in Rajsamand as well, thousands of women will be linked with employment by providing skill-based training. He informed that training camps have been launched at the Community Centre, Maliwada, Rajnagar (Rajsamand). At the new centre, women and young girls will be provided training in tailoring and beauty parlour services.

Bagdi further noted that there has been an enthusiastic response from women towards tailoring and beauty parlour training in Rajsamand. In view of this interest, directions have been given to the local district president to open additional centres in other areas of the district and to connect more women with the programme. The initiative received widespread appreciation from those present at the event, who also assured their full support.

Prominent attendees at the programme included Yuva Morcha District President Mohan Kumawat, Municipal President Dinesh Ji, Municipal General Secretary Bhagwan Singh, Municipal General Secretary Rajnikanta Sahu, and Councillor Suresh Mali.

Notably, the Sangathan has also established centres in rural areas. Apart from Udaipur, Shri Eklingnath Rashtriya Seva Sangathan is actively running centres in Jodhpur, Bhilwara, and Chittorgarh districts as well.
