Udaipur: An impactful awareness session on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013 was organized at RTF Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. with the objective of promoting gender sensitivity and ensuring a safe workplace environment.

Renowned speaker Dr. Rajshree Gandhi addressed the employees and provided detailed insights into the spirit of the Act, its legal provisions, and the rights and responsibilities of both women and men in the workplace.

In her address, Dr. Gandhi elaborated on the importance of respectful behavior at the workplace, the code of conduct, identifying inappropriate comments and behavior, the role of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), the complaint redressal process, the responsibility of maintaining confidentiality, and preventive measures. She emphasized that creating a safe and positive work environment is not merely a legal obligation but also a moral responsibility.

During the session, participants actively engaged by asking questions and discussing practical examples, which further strengthened their understanding of the Act. The program played a significant role in fostering awareness, mutual respect, and a sensitive work culture among employees.
